The Center is pleased to host our first Safe Space Training on Tuesday, July 9th from 10:30-12:00 at the Center, located at 5395 S. St Rt 49. This training provides participants with basic terminology, and key tips for creating an inclusive environment for the LGBTQ+ community in schools, health and wellness agencies and a variety of workplaces. Interactive exercises also help participants better understand the LGBTQ+ community from an experiential point of view. There is no cost to attend, though we do request an RSVP to make sure we have enough space. To RSVP, please email us with name, title and agency (as applicable) on or by Monday, July 8th.
