New Board Begins “Race” to Open LGBTQ+ Community Center of Darke County’s Physical Space
The newly formed LGBTQ+ Community Center of Darke County filed its paperwork at the beginning of the year, and proudly welcomed its first full Board of Directors:

- Carey Driscoll, Secretary/Treasurer
- Debra Farrell, Vice President
- Lucas Jackson, At-Large
- Ryan Acker, President
As part of the commitment to achieving our mission, vision and launching programs as quickly as possible, each of our board members have committed to raising the equivalent of $100.00 per month to ensure there is always a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ people and allies in Darke County. Our board members have also agreed to enter a “race” to see who can raise the most funds the fastest (by April 1st). You can help us secure and maintain the LGBTQ+ Community Center of Darke County’s physical space – and help a board member win the race – by becoming a monthly donor today! Don’t know a board member?
